Mott Corporation Porous Metal Products Used For Filtration and Flow Control

FARMINGTON, CT, February 2011 – Mott Corporation will display filtration products, flow control products and porous metal technology at the MD&M West tradeshow in Booth #2854. The show takes place in Anaheim, CA on February 8-10, 2011. Featured will be Mott’s introduction of an all-metal sterilizing grade filter media designed for use in the medical industry as well as biotechnology, pharmaceutical, instrumentation and analytical device industries.

Representatives will be speaking with Designers, Engineers and R&D Representatives about a unique all-metal filtration technology currently in development at Mott. The new filtration media will support sterilizing grade filtration applications and meet ASTM F838-05 specifications for bacterial retention. This all-metal patent pending membrane will be available in 316L stainless steel as well as titanium.
