TAMPA -- Accentia Biopharmaceuticals Inc. appears to be quietly reshaping itself following several weeks of behind-the-scenes activity. Since early October, Accentia sold the rights to market and distribute two specialty pharmaceutical products, restructured terms of its relationship with its majority owned subsidiary Biovest International, and had a shakeup on the board of directors and management team.
