SANTA CLARA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Affymetrix Inc., (Nasdaq:AFFX) today reported its operating results for the first quarter of 2008. Total revenue for the quarter was $169.6 million, including an intellectual property payment of $90 million, as compared to total revenue of $80.4 million in the first quarter of 2007.
