CAMBRIDGE, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 26, 2006--Altus Pharmaceuticals Inc. today announced the initial public offering of 7,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $15.00 per share. Shares of Altus' common stock will be traded on the Nasdaq National Market beginning January 26, 2006 under the trading symbol "ALTU". Altus has granted the underwriters of the initial public offering a 30-day over-allotment option to purchase an additional 1,050,000 shares. Merrill Lynch & Co. and Morgan Stanley were joint bookrunning managers for the offering. SG Cowen & Co., LLC was co-manager for the offering.
