(NASDAQ:AMMD) announced today that it has received FDA approval for its new TherMatrx TMX3000™ thermo therapy system and will immediately launch this innovative in-office treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) into the U.S. market.
More than 9 million men in the United States suffer from BPH (more commonly known as enlarged prostate), a natural and non-cancerous condition where the prostate grows and compromises ordinary urethral function.
