HAYWARD, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aradigm Corporation (OTCBB:ARDM) today announced it appointed Timothy Lynch to its board of directors. Mr. Lynch served as the Chief Financial Officer of biopharmaceutical company Tercica and before that, InterMune. Prior to his CFO roles, Mr. Lynch worked at Elan Corporation as Director of Strategic Planning and in investment banking at Goldman Sachs. He holds degrees from Harvard Business School and Colgate University. Mr. Lynch also serves on the board of directors of Allos Therapeutics, BioForm Medical and Nabi Biopharmaceuticals.
