Argos Therapeutics has reached a deal with a Charlotte real estate developer to build a new headquarters office and manufacturing facility in Durham.
Under the terms of the 10-year lease agreement with Charlotte-based The Keith Corp., Argos will lease a 97,500-square-foot building that The Keith Corp. will finance and build on Argo’s behalf, according to a document filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
