Christiana Care Health System, based in Wilmington, Delaware, selected Halogen eAppraisal(TM) Healthcare to automate performance evaluations for its 9,500 employees. Halogen eAppraisal(TM) Healthcare, designed specifically for the healthcare industry, is sophisticated web-based performance appraisal software that transforms the traditional employee review from a laborious once- a-year task into a simple ongoing process.
Christiana Care chose Halogen’s software over that of its major competitors after a rigorous review.
