LOS ANGELES, Jan. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Robert Margolis, M.D., chief executive officer of HealthCare Partners Medical Group, publicly announced today his company’s merger with Harriman Jones Medical Group. The 45-physician medical group will join the Long Beach Region of HealthCare Partners, making HealthCare Partners the dominant physician group in that area, and marks HealthCare Partners’ entrance into Orange County. HealthCare Partners, known for its high patient satisfaction rankings and long recognized as one of the most stable and financially sound medical groups in Southern California, is now comprised of approximately 400 employed physicians and clinicians, supported by approximately 2700 employees, operating out of 36 offices throughout Los Angeles and now Orange County.

Harriman Jones operates three multi-specialty staff model clinics in Long Beach, Los Alamitos and La Palma, California. Patients of Harriman Jones will experience no disruption of care as a result of this acquisition.
