Topix -- In what many observers suspect is a harbinger of legal challenges to come, the American College of Cardiology today sued the federal Department of Health and Human Services in an effort to block implementation of a new reimbursement rule that, the doctors say, will make critical diagnostic and other cardiology services unavailable to the patients.
