Tokyo, May 9, 2014 - (JCN Newswire) - Fujitsu announced that it has signed a memorandum of understanding with Yokogawa Medical Solutions Corporation (Yokogawa Medical Solutions)(1) to jointly create new businesses focused on “the future of medical care.” Yokogawa Medical Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of Yokogawa Electric Corporation, develops radiology-information systems and medical-imaging systems for hospitals. Under this agreement, Fujitsu will take a minority shareholding in Yokogawa Medical Solutions.
