Medical International Technology Inc. Announces $6 Million Agreement with a Malaysian Distributor for its Med-Jet(R) Needle-Free Jet-Injector

DENVER, CO, April 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Medical International Technology Inc. (MDLH. PK) (http://www.mitcanada.ca http://www.mitinvest.ca), is pleased to announce that its subsidiary Medical International Technologies (MIT Canada) Inc. has signed a minimum of six (6) million dollars exclusive “OEM” (Original Equipment Manufacturer) agreement for a period of 5 years with a Malaysian distributor for its Needle-Free Jet-Injector, models Med-Jet(R) MBX and Med-Jet(R)-H-III to be used in cosmetics, plastic surgeries, and medical applications, in many countries around the world. MIT is also in discussion with the same distributor for a new product that “MIT” will introduce within the next six months for the same niche market.

This “OEM” agreement will not prevent “MIT” from selling its own brand in the same market around the world; rather, it will help introduce “MIT’s” unique technology to doctors worldwide.

“MIT” has already supplied the Malaysian distributor with over 80 units to cover his initial clients’ demands in Malaysia, Philippines, and Vietnam. Moreover, they have participated in two of the largest exhibition for cosmetics and plastic surgeries in Asia, Hong Kong, and Shenzhen, China. The results were overwhelming and more orders were placed with an even larger order of one hundred units expected before the end of May 2009. “MIT’s” Malaysian distributor is marketing the Med-Jet(R) all over Asia. His later focus will be placed on the European market.

“MIT’s” technology is the outcome of more than twenty-eight years of research and development and the driving force behind the Med-Jet(R) product line for humans and the Agro-Jet(R) product line for animals.

“MIT” is consolidating its efforts, strengthening its team, reorganizing its marketing / sales departments and financial bases in anticipation of its future growth.

Medical International Technology Inc. is pleased to continue providing a safe and effective means to help prevent the spread of deadly diseases to both humans and animals through the use of the Med-Jet(R) and Agro-Jet(R) needle-free injection system.
