Star Tribune -- With “Slumdog Millionaire” sweeping last week’s Academy Awards, it makes sense that one of the year’s openings worth watching is an Indian restaurant. When it debuts around Memorial Day, OM (pronounce it like HOME, without the H) (401 1st Av. N., Minneapolis), will be the work of two familiar local food names: cookbook author and teacher Raghavan Iyer and front-of-house manager Randy Norman (formerly of Capital Grille, Bellanotte and r.Norman’s).
