Tom Price is out as head of HHS, thanks to playing fast-and-loose with taxpayers’ dollars when it came to travel. So who will replace him? One leading candidate is FDA Commissioner Scott Gottlieb, who has won praise from both sides of the aisle since taking over the agency.
