In December, average job postings live on the BioSpace website decreased month over month, declining 10% compared to November—typical for this time period as hiring slows leading up to the holidays. It was also a year-on-year decrease, with average job postings live down 16% compared to December 2024. A spike in job postings in the first week of January hopefully signals hiring picking back up as 2026 kicks off.
