In November, average job postings live on the BioSpace ticked up month over month for the second month in a row, rising 16% compared to October. It’s still a year on year decrease, with average job postings live down 17% compared to November 2024, but a hopeful signal that hiring may pick up when entering 2026, particularly that the fourth quarter is historically the slowest month for job postings.
