AIST And Tokyo University Of Technology Develop New Glucose Testing Chip

The National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST) and the Tokyo University of Technology jointly announced on February 3 that they have developed a testing chip to measure the level of blood glucose in diabetic patients. Capable of measuring a blood sample of 200 nanolitters, the smallest ever required, the new chip helps reduce the patients’ burdens in blood sugar tests.
