St. Louis, MO - July 21, 2008 - Biomedical Systems, a global provider of centralized diagnostic services to the clinical trial industry, recently announced the appointment of Eliana Burke to the post of Business Development Director, Imaging Services. Ms. Burke brings over 20 years of clinical trial experience from previous positions with PPD, Medifacts and ICON LLC. Her main responsibilities will be to serve as a central point of contact with pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical companies, contract research organizations and medical device manufacturers in the western parts of the United States.

Burke is also a past member of the Programming Committee for BayBio.
