WOODBRIDGE, N.J., Sept. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Bob Karczewski, a co-founder of the Integrity Healthcare division of HealthSTAR Advertising, has been promoted to executive vice president, director of client services, at the agency. He will continue in his role as EVP, general manager of Integrity, and will report to Rich Levy, president of HealthSTAR Advertising, Inc.
In his new position, he will be responsible for all account services in addition to overseeing agency management and new business development.
“Bob’s ability to think strategically and relate to clients in many disciplines make him a great asset to the company,” said Levy, who pointed out that Karczewski’s success in integrating the agency’s operating units into a single productive force had played a significant role in the company’s growth.
Karczewski, who started Integrity with two partners, has overseen remarkable growth for the agency, which joined HealthStar in 2003. One of the fastest growing agencies in the healthcare field, HealthStar posted $22.4 million in revenues and $147.8 million in capitalized billings within its first year. The agency now employs 85 people to keep up with its growing roster of new accounts.
