Galman will oversee managed care contracting and revenue analysis for all Cirrus Health facilities. Galman has more than 19 years of diversified and progressive experience within the healthcare industry.

Prior to joining Cirrus Health, Mr. Galman served with United Surgical Partners International as Regional Director of Managed Care where he developed, designed, and implemented long-term and short-term strategic contract negotiations for 10 states with annual revenues in excess of $200 million.
As Senior Network Account Manager for CIGNA Healthcare of Texas, he oversaw network management that included recruitment and contracting of large physician groups and ancillary providers. While with North American Medical Management, Inc., Galman was the lead negotiator for 130 IPA physicians and was responsible for the negotiation and management of all contracting with complex hospital systems, specialists and ancillary providers. Galman’s experience in managed care contract negotiations, in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the managed care relationship and his people-oriented skills in health care management put him at the forefront of the industry.
Galman received his Masters of Business Administration in Healthcare Management from the University of Phoenix and completed his Bachelor of Science in Health Services Management at Norfolk State University.
