D&K Healthcare Resources, Inc. (Nasdaq:DKHR) today announced it has named Richard (Rich) Keffer, Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, effective immediately. In this role, Mr. Keffer will manage all legal and corporate governance issues at D&K Healthcare. He will report to Martin Wilson, President and Chief Operating Officer of D&K.
