MUMBAI, April 1 (Reuters) - Plastic packagings maker Essel Propack Ltd said on Tuesday its unit has acquired a U.S.-based medical devices supplier, Catheter and Disposables Technology (CDT), in an all-cash deal, boosting the shares. The company did not disclose the financial details of the transaction.
