LA JOLLA, Calif. & HONG KONG--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Today, women’s health company Instead Healthcare LLC announced a joint venture agreement with Hong Kong-based Health Sciences Limited for the launch and distribution throughout the Asia Pacific region of its unique, patented feminine hygiene product, INSTEAD® Softcup®. Instead Healthcare and Health Sciences Limited, a fully integrated manufacturing and distribution company, plan to coordinate the timing of the launch with the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing in August.
