Mr. Mansfield will also serve on the Company's Board of Directors. BlueChip Technologies is a leading provider of electronic forms and document imaging workflow systems to the healthcare industry.

From 1989 to 1999 he held a number of executive positions with Bull Worldwide Information Systems, culminating in his appointment as President, U.S. Systems & Services. Mr. Mansfield has also served as Vice President, Marketing at UNISYS Corporation; Chief Operating Officer at T4 Healthcare; and Vice President, Strategic Marketing at Axiom Valuation Solutions. Mr. Mansfield attended John Carroll University, University Heights, Ohio where he majored in Business and Drama.
