HELSINKI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--JOT Automation, the leading supplier of test and production solutions, and Ginolis, the manufacturing solutions provider for diagnostic disposables, today announced an agreement under which Ginolis will acquire JOT Automation’s Life Science Division. JOT’s Life Science Division will be merged into Ginolis during the first half of 2015.
