Kinetics Names Harry Soose Chief Financial Officer

UNION CITY, Calif., Oct. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Kinetics today announced that Harry J. Soose, Jr., 53, has joined Kinetics as Chief Financial Officer.

Most recently, Soose served at International Technology Corporation (“IT”), an environmental and infrastructure engineering and construction company that grew to over $1.4 billion in revenues at its peak. He joined IT in 1991 as Group Controller of its largest operating unit and in 1995, became Vice President of Finance with responsibility for external reporting at the parent company level. In 1999, Soose was appointed IT’s Chief Financial Officer to help the company overcome very challenging circumstances resulting from high levels of debt and lower than expected activity in its end markets.

Prior to his tenure at IT, Soose served as CFO and Controller for a real estate development subsidiary of NVR Ryan Homes, as well as in a number of positions during fourteen years with Dravo Corporation, a large engineering and construction company. He holds bachelor and MBA degrees from Duquesne University, is a Certified Public Accountant, and a Certified Management Accountant.
