Maxim Health Systems has canceled all scheduled flu shot clinics at retail locations after Saturday, October 16, 2004, due to a lack of supply. The current vaccine shortage has caused Maxim’s supplier, Aventis Pasteur, to redirect nearly half of Maxim’s anticipated supply. As a result, Maxim will now conduct special clinics set up for high-risk individuals with its remaining supply. These clinics are not open to the public.
