The product breaks from traditional long-term care plans with a design that gives customers control over where, how and by whom care is provided. Policyholders receive a monthly cash benefit to pay for the services they chose, regardless of the services used or amounts spent.
There are no restrictions, third-party bills to submit for reimbursement, or limits. Coverage includes nursing homes, assisted living, home care, respite care, bed reservation, alternate care, caregiver training, and equipment
