NORFOLK, Va., April 8 /PRNewswire/ -- The National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) recently announced three-year, Full Accreditation of ValueOptions’ Great Lakes Managed Behavioral Health Service Center. It is the second consecutive full accreditation earned by the center.

ValueOptions’ Great Lakes Service Center, located in Southfield, Mich., serves nine clients representing 900,000 health plan members. ValueOptions opened the center in Southfield in 1988 and employs 250 people in that location.
ValueOptions’ health plan division serves all health plan business from two locations, both of which are NCQA accredited. The second location is the Northeast Service Center in Troy, New York.
The center’s NCQA accreditation runs from October 20, 2003 through October 20, 2006.
