DEERFIELD, Ill., Feb. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of Baxter International Inc. today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.2175 per share of Baxter common stock.
This payment represents a continuation of the current rate, which was increased earlier this year by 30 percent. This quarterly dividend is payable on April 1, 2008 to shareholders of record as of March 10, 2008.
