Boston Business Journal -- Italian eatery chain Bertucci’s Corp. has sold its Vinny T’s of Boston operation to New York-based C&T Restaurant Management LLC for an undisclosed price. Northborough, Mass.-based Bertucci’s purchased Vinny T’s in 2006 for roughly $7 million and said it is selling the seven-restaurant chain to focus on its growing Bertucci’s Italian Restaurant brand, according to a press release issued Tuesday.
