27th April the market was informed that BioGaia (STO:BIOGB) guaranteed the issue in the former subsidiary IBT up to an amount of SEK 38 million.
Today it was announced that the rights issue in IBT was fully subscribed. Hence, the underwriting guarantee will not be utilized.
