Biologics, Inc. (NC) Enters Into Definitive Agreement To Be Acquired By Mckesson Specialty Health

CARY, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Biologics, Inc. is pleased to announce that the company has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by McKesson Specialty Health, a business unit of the McKesson Corporation. Biologics, an oncology pharmacy services company based in the Research Triangle, offers specialty pharmacy and patient support services specifically in the areas of oncology and other complex therapeutic categories.

Following the acquisition’s close, both leadership teams will work together to integrate the organizations’ competencies in a way that best serves employees, patients, providers and clients.
