Bright, open spaces are around every bend at Boston Scientific’s new global headquarters, located in the recently expanded campus in Marlborough.
A new building on the campus is aimed at attracting and retaining top talent: There are white noise speakers installed in the ceiling to give cubicle employees some privacy, “huddle” rooms near every hallway that allow for informal meetings, spaces equipped with easy to use software for presentations. Even the teleconference room has giant screens and subtle cameras to make international meetings feel like in-person events.
