NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Board of Directors of Bristol-Myers Squibb Company (NYSE:BMY) today declared a quarterly dividend of thirty-eight cents ($0.38) per share on the $.10 par value Common Stock of the corporation. The next quarterly dividend will be payable on November 1, 2016, to stockholders of record at the close of business on October 7, 2016.
