April 3 (Reuters) - Cooper Cos. Inc. (COO.N: Quote, Profile , Research) said it will combine CooperVision and Cooper Cos. headquarters operations as part of a restructuring plan and that Chief Executive A. Thomas Bender plans to give up his CEO post by the end of 2007.
