Eppendorf Hosts the Third Stem Cell Community Day in Lisbon

For the third time, the leading international Life-Science company Eppendorf AG hosts the Stem Cell Community Day, which will take place on November 21, 2019 in Lisbon.

Hamburg/Juelich, July 22, 2019 – For the third time, the leading international Life-Science company Eppendorf AG hosts the Stem Cell Community Day, which will take place on November 21, 2019 in Lisbon. At this event, experts from industry and academia will discuss current trends, challenges and outcomes in bioprocessing and stem cell research.

Professor Paula M. Alves from the Instituto de Biologia Experimental e Tecnológica (iBET) will chair the conference. Attendees of the conference will discuss in three different sessions challenges in bioprocessing, learn tips and tricks to optimize the control and analysis of bioreactor processes and learn about aspects to consider for successful scientifical and economical improvements.

The attendees will have the opportunity to profit from hands-on experience in a workshop of our experts Prof. Robert Zweigerdt, Hannover Medical School and Dr.Philipp Nold, Eppendorf AG, to strengthen their knowledge and expertise in working with bioreactors and stem cells.

The conference venue will be “The Oitavos” in Lisbon, Portugal.

All participants are invited to present their work as a poster during poster session. The three best posters will be awarded by a scientific committee.
