Hatem, Bella Monica Owners to Launch Downtown Raleigh Restaurant Gravy

BizJournals -- Developer Greg Hatem is expanding his restaurant empire, teaming up with the owners of the Bella Monica Flatbread Co. to launch Gravy, a downtown Raleigh eatery that Hatem says will feature Italian-American fare.
