INC Research, Inc. Names Richard Mark Senior VP of Human Resources

Based in Raleigh, NC, Mark will be leading the company’s worldwide HR functions and upgrading its infrastructure to more efficiently manage its global workforce.

Mark brings expansive and relevant experience to INC Research to help successfully manage growth. He has championed numerous programs that transformed administratively focused HR groups into strategic business partners. At a large pharmaceutical company, Mark was a member of the original staff that developed HR infrastructure, policies and procedures. He has also created comprehensive career development curriculums, performance appraisal systems, and compensation programs. In addition, Mark has led multiple due-diligence efforts and was instrumental in the integration of a $400 million acquisition. Most recently, he managed the HR division for a privately held $2 billion international company. Mark is a graduate of University of North Carolina Chapel Hill.
