IDAHO FALLS, Idaho, March 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- International Isotopes Inc. (the "Company") announces that it and Radqual LLC ("Radqual") have settled their lawsuit with Isotope Products Laboratories ("IPL"). Pursuant to the terms of a settlement agreement, the Company and Radqual have obtained a license agreement from IPL, which allows the Company and Radqual to continue to manufacture and sell their existing product line of Benchmark(TM) products. IPL has released the Company, Radqual, and their respective directors, officers, agents and affiliates from any other claims IPL may have against them. The Company, Radqual, and their respective directors, officer, agents and affiliates have also released IPL from any claims they may have against IPL. The remaining terms of the settlement agreement are confidential.
International Isotopes Inc. has been providing contract manufacturing services for Radqual since 2001. Steve T.
