THE SUN -- Jersey Mike's Subs' journey to Oklahoma began a little like its original expansion journey: Somebody really loved the subs and atmosphere of the restaurant. Scott Warfel, owner of the Jersey Mike’s Subs in Midwest City, graduated from Del City High School in 1985.
