Judge Approves Allergan Inc.'s $600M Botox Settlement

Oct. 5 (Bloomberg) -- Allergan Inc. pleaded guilty and was ordered by a judge to pay $375 million to resolve allegations that the drug company marketed its Botox Therapeutic product for unapproved purposes, the U.S. Department of Justice said.
