Kyverna Therapeutics, Inc. today announced it received fast track designation by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for its autologous, fully human CD19 chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell product candidate, KYV-101, to be used for the treatment of multiple sclerosis (MS).
The announcement follows the recent IND clearance for KYV-101 to be used in Kyverna’s KYSA-7 Phase 2 open-label, multicenter study KYV-101 is a fully human CD19 CAR T-cell therapy designed for use in patients with B cell-driven autoimmune diseases EMERYVILLE, Calif., Jan. 19, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Kyverna Therapeutics, Inc.
