PRNewswire --LodgeNet Interactive Corporation (Nasdaq: LNET) today reported annual 2008 revenue of $533.9 million compared to $485.6 million in 2007 and a net loss of $(48.4) million or $(2.16) per share (basic and diluted) for 2008 compared to a net loss of $(65.2) million or $(3.00) per share (basic and diluted) for 2007. Both periods included one-time charges and expenses which are more specifically addressed below for such items as restructuring and integration expenses, and charges, in 2008, associated with purchased intangibles and goodwill. Excluding such charges and expenses, the net loss for 2008 would have been $(19.9) million or $(0.89) per share compared to an adjusted proforma of $(29.5) million or $(1.31) per share for 2007.
