The potential impact on patients and their care partners, as well as the feasibility and sustainability of innovations in the market, were considerations in the selection of the following finalists:

Prizes will be awarded to two finalists to further grow their companies. The Innovation Award will be presented to a for-profit company and include a $25,000 monetary grant.
