Masimo (NSDQ:MASI) moved its headquarters to a Hollywood-hotspot at 52 Discovery in Irvine, Calif., a location often used in films to represent upscale corporate headquarters.
The rotund glass front entrance has served as a backdrop for multiple hollywood films, operating as the upscale Stark headquarters in Iron Man, and a central location in Transformers, Dodgeball, and multiple other films and tv shows.
The glass-front 213,400 square-foot building was constructed in 1998 on 14 acres within the Irvine Spectrum industrial space. Masimo bought the $56 million property from Japanese health and nutrition maker Nikken in May.
