BEDFORD, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Medica Corporation, a manufacturer and worldwide distributor of in vitro diagnostic medical devices, announced today that it has settled its lawsuit against Diamond Diagnostics Inc. of Holliston, Massachusetts. Terms of the settlement include payment of damages by Diamond for past wrongdoing and Diamond’s agreement to the entry of a permanent injunction by the Federal District Court in Boston. Diamond has agreed to make payment by December 31, 2009.
