BUSINESS WIRE -- Mimis Cafe, a collection of upscale casual dining restaurants, will celebrate the reopening of its Lake Forest location with a “Meet Me at Mimis” special event at 9 a.m. on Thursday, March 12. Guests are invited to meet at the restaurant where more than $3,000 worth of free gift cards will be presented to the first 75 18-year-old plus guests in line. In addition, an official ribbon cutting ceremony will take place with local dignitaries from the Lake Forest Chamber of Commerce.
