The biotech company MediGene AG (Frankfurt, Prime Standard, TecDAX) today announces that the Company’s new Chief Financial Officer Arnd Christ, whose appointment was announced in March, will succeed Dr. Thomas Klaue on April 19, 2010, and Dr. Klaue has therefore resigned with immediate effect. The appointment of Mr Christ was scheduled for May 11, 2010, and the change has become possible earlier because he has been able to terminate his previous employment as Chief Financial Officer at NovImmune AG in mid-April.
