New drug startup Dignify Therapeutics could some day attract the attention of big pharma companies such as Salix (Nasdaq: SLXP). But for now, it’s setting up shop at First Flight Venture Center, an early-seed incubator in Research Triangle Park. Headed by Karl Thor, a PPD and Urogenix veteran, the company is focusing on treating incontinence in people with spinal injuries and other neurological conditions.
