New Jersey officials today offered cancer-drug maker ImClone Systems more than $28 million in tax rebates to coax the firm into moving 907 jobs to Branchburg from New York City. ImClone, which gained notoriety in 2001 for an insider trading scandal that ensnared celebrity homemaker Martha Stewart, would collect the state grant in return for building a $191 million expansion at its Branchburg campus.
